For a university degree with "only" 180 ECTS/credit points: please attach additional documents that can be counted as ECTS/credit points (e.g., additional periods of study, completed vocational training, etc.)

Proof of one year of relevant professional experience (e.g., brief confirmation from the HR department, employment reference, redacted pay slip with Start date, certificate from tax advisor;

Please do not submit employment contracts, as these do not document the duration of the employment relationship.

Additional documents for foreign university degrees:

If available: recognition of the degree in Germany (e.g., preliminary examination documentation from uni-assist).

For degrees from China, India, and Vietnam, the documents must be reviewed by a recognition body at the embassy of the respective country (APS certificate). You can initiate this process online. The APS certificate must be submitted along with the other application documents.
