If you are still studying at the time of application and cannot provide a degree certificate with a grade, please submit a current transcript of records with a provisional average grade. The degree certificate must be submitted by the end of the first semester of your master's program.

If you do not have a degree certificate at the time of application, you can submit one by the end of the first master's semester.
Other special admission requirements: English language skills at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Proof of English language skills can be provided by a TOEFL test (minimum score of 70 points in the online test), a language placement test (level B2), a high school diploma (advanced course with an average grade of 12 or better), or comparable evidence.
German language skills All applicants who did not complete their undergraduate degree at a German-speaking university must provide evidence of sufficient German language skills for enrollment (not yet for application). This applies to German-language and German-English Master's programs. Applicants who hold a foreign university degree but nevertheless obtained their university entrance qualification (e.g., Abitur) from a German-speaking institution may also submit their university entrance qualification (e.g., Abitur certificate) as proof. The German language certificate must be submitted for enrollment.
Recognition of Degree Certificates Obtained Abroad
For applicants who earned their first degree abroad, the recognition of a degree certificate obtained abroad will be processed as part of the faculty's application process.
