Application documents to be submitted

Please submit all documents as uncertified copies. For documents not issued in German, a translation into German by an officially sworn translator is also required.

• Degree certificate or provisional transcript of records

If you are still studying at the time of application and cannot provide a degree certificate with a grade, please submit a current transcript of records with a provisional average grade. The degree certificate must be submitted by the end of the first semester of your master's program.

Institute of Systematic Musicology. Please note the office opening hours.

The complete application documents must be received by the

application address within the application deadline; otherwise, your application cannot be considered.

This is a cut-off deadline; an extension of this deadline is not possible.

If submitted by mail, the date of receipt is decisive, not the postmark!

If you also submit a special application (e.g., hardship application), this application, including the required supporting documents, must be submitted separately from the above-mentioned application documents directly
