The Bachelor University Degree must have been completed with an overall grade of at least "good (2,5)". Furthermore you need sufficient German language proficiency. Therefore you must have a German Certificate! The Master's degree programmes in Geology and Master's in Geochemistry/Petrology are aimed at applicants who can prove that they have a first university degree qualifying for a profession in geosciences or in a related subject (usually a Bachelor's degree) as an admission requirement. The university degree must have been completed with a grade of at least 2.5.

The Master Geology or Master Geochemistry/Petrology are aimed to applicants who have a first University Bachelor degree in Geosciences or a related subject as a prerequisite for admission. The main instruction language is german - the further language is english.
The Bachelor University Degree must have been completed with an overall grade of at least "good (2.5)". Furthermore, you need comprehensive German language proficiency. Therefore, you must have a German Certificate! The online application process for the winter term starts on June 1st and ends on July 15th.
