How to apply
What you need to apply for Ecology at University of Bremen
For some countries, e.g. India, the three years Bachelor degree is not considered equivalent with a German Bachelor’s degree, only the 4 years bachelor is. This was decided by German government. Please, ask us (mscecoluni-bremen.de) before applying if you are not sure your degree is equivalent.
Evidence of having obtained a prior academic degree (e. g. a Bachelor degree with
180 ECTS or equivalent) in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Sciences, or another
degree in a field of study recognized as equivalent. In the event that you may not
have qualified for a first degree before the closing date for applications, you may still
submit your application: In this case, you must provide evidence that you have
already obtained a minimum of 135 ECTS (or equivalent).
Evidence that a minimum of 3 CP were obtained in the field of Ecology while studying
for previous academic degree.
Competence in the English language at a level of C1 according to the Common
European Framework of Reference for Languages. This does not apply to applicants
who obtained their university entrance qualification or prior academic degree in the
English language.
A Letter of Motivation stating why you have chosen this particular program.
